Professor Carlo Pedretti served as Professor of Art History and Armand Hammer Chair in Leonardo Studies at UCLA from 1960 – 1993. Widely considered the leading authority on Leonardo Da Vinci and a highly sought after expert consultant in cases of disputed attributions, he has authored more than 50 books and 700 essays and articles in various languages including Leonardo da Vinci (Taj Books, 2005).
